Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use Quote by AiConexa (the "Service"), we collect:
- Account info from your OAuth provider (Google or Microsoft): your email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We never receive your password.
- Photos you upload of the home project you want a scope for.
- Conversation messages exchanged with the AI assistant while building your scope.
- Push subscription endpoints if you opt into notifications. These are anonymous URLs your browser hands us; we never see your phone number or device ID.
- Basic technical metadata: IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser user-agent, and timestamps.
What we don't collect
- We don't collect or store credit-card information. There is no payment in the Service today.
- We don't collect physical addresses, exact GPS coordinates, or any government identifiers.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How we use it
- To generate the scope document you requested.
- To send push notifications (only if you opted in) when your scope is ready.
- To improve the AI prompts and detection heuristics, in aggregated form only.
- To detect and prevent abuse.
How long we keep it
Account info and conversation history remain on your account until you delete it (account deletion endpoint available on request to hello@aiconexa.com). Push subscriptions are auto-pruned within 24 hours of becoming inactive. Session cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored on a server we operate in Germany (Contabo). Conversation transcripts are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Image generation requests are processed by OpenAI when the visualization feature is used. Both providers operate under their respective enterprise privacy terms.
Your rights
- Export your data: email hello@aiconexa.com with your account email — we'll send you a JSON dump within 7 days.
- Delete your account: same address. We delete within 7 days. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
- Object to specific processing: email us.
Cookies
We use exactly two cookies:
ca_session— your authenticated session, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, 30-day TTL.ca_lang— your selected language (en / es), 30-day TTL.
No third-party tracking cookies, no analytics SDKs.
