What this Service is
Quote by AiConexa is an AI-assisted tool that helps homeowners turn photos of a home project into a scope document a contractor can quote against. The Service is currently in pre-launch beta for Boston-area homeowners and contractors.
Beta status — no warranties
The Service is provided "as-is" during beta. Output (scope documents, measurements, brand identification, price estimates) is generated by AI and may contain errors. The contractor remains responsible for verifying every line item on-site before quoting or starting work. Price estimates shown are rough benchmarks based on public retail prices, not binding quotes.
Your responsibilities
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You own or have permission to photograph the property you are scoping.
- You will not use the Service to scope work you do not intend to actually have done (no "I'll just ask the AI to play games" pranks against contractors).
- You will not upload photos containing third parties without their consent.
- You will not attempt to extract the model prompts, reverse the API, or abuse rate limits.
Account + access
You sign in via Google or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. We may suspend access for any abuse of the Service (excessive API hits, attempts to bypass rate limiting, malicious uploads).
Intellectual property
You own your photos and the conversation content you produce. We retain rights to the Service itself (code, prompts, UI). The scope PDF we generate is yours to share with any contractor — that is the entire point.
Pricing
Free during pre-launch beta. We will give 14 days notice via email and in-app banner before charging anything.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime by emailing hello@aiconexa.com. We may terminate accounts that abuse the Service, with notice when feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law: AiConexa is not liable for damages arising from reliance on Service output. Your relationship with any contractor (or with the work they do) is separate from your relationship with AiConexa.

Massachusetts, USA, until further notice.
