You take a few photos, answer a handful of questions, and you get a contractor-ready scope. Behind the scenes:
- Vision + intake. Anthropic's Claude vision model identifies the fixture/material/condition, then drives a structured 6–8 turn conversation to capture measurements, preferences, and constraints.
- Scope generation. The conversation closes with a structured JSON: items, current condition, desired outcome, labor notes, out-of-scope items, material preferences, dimensions, and a cost-range estimate referenced against current Home Depot / Homewyse / Angi data.
- Routing. The scope (without your street address) is routed to contractors who match your service area + project category. Each contractor sees the same scope you do.
- Bid in. Contractors bid in-platform; you compare price ranges, timelines, and terms side-by-side. When you accept, the winner unlocks your full address. The losers automatically receive a polite "not this time" note.
No site visits required to get a firm quote. No phone tag. No "we'll get back to you."
